In-Stock Items: Orders for items available in our inventory are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once processed, these items are prepared for shipment to ensure prompt delivery.

Custom and Made-to-Order Pieces: Many of our products are crafted upon request, allowing for personalization and attention to detail. The production timeline for these items generally ranges from 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the complexity and specific requirements. We will provide an estimated completion date upon order confirmation.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Options:
We offer tailored shipping solutions to ensure your furniture arrives safely and meets your expectations. Our delivery options are designed to accommodate various needs and preferences.

Threshold Delivery: This standard service includes delivery to the exterior of your home at a flat rate of $129. The delivery team will place the item at your doorstep or another accessible area outside your residence.

White Glove Delivery: For larger or more delicate pieces, we recommend our White Glove service, priced at a flat rate of $299. This premium service includes delivery to your room of choice, unpacking, assembly (if required), and removal of all packaging materials. Delivery Timeframes:
Delivery times are influenced by your location and the selected delivery method.

Threshold Delivery: Once your order is processed and shipped, typical delivery times range from 12 to 16 business days. Major East Coast destinations, such as Florida or New York, may experience shorter delivery times, while West Coast deliveries can take up to three weeks. Locations with less frequent delivery traffic, such as St. Louis and Kansas City, may have similar timelines to major cities like Los Angeles.

Small Parcel Shipments:
For smaller items that can be shipped via standard carriers like FedEx, UPS, or USPS, we will select the most efficient option, considering both cost and delivery speed. These shipments are charged a flat rate of $49, and tracking information will be provided for all orders.
